No — for security and isolation we don't give shell access. You do get a gateway API token with full OpenClaw API access, an HTTPS subdomain (you.claw-bots.com), and the OpenClaw web UI. Everything you'd do over SSH, you do through the API.
Yes. Sign in with ChatGPT OAuth, or paste an Anthropic/OpenAI/Groq API key. A free Llama default is included if you want to try before committing.
Yes. Each customer gets a dedicated Docker container with its own filesystem, network namespace, and resource limits. No shared runtime.
We pin a known-good image and test updates before rolling them out. You'll see "Update available" in your dashboard when a new release is ready to promote. (We do not auto-update silently — agents in production shouldn't break on a surprise patch.)
